Doug and Sandra Douglas live in Staines. They went several years without children, then became parents of almost 5 year old twins, George and Nicole. George kicked and lashed out at Doug daily. Meanwhile, Sandra and Nicole's relationship was strained as Nicole was always avoiding her and Sandra thought she didn't love her.
Both twins threw violent tantrums everyday that led to kicking, hitting and swearing; but they were well-behaved with other people and at school.
